π Glowcery Beauty Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Weβre committed to getting your clean beauty essentials to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping timelines, tracking, and what to expect once your order is placed.
π¦ Order Processing & Fulfillment
We aim to process and ship orders same-day or within 1 business day of purchase. During busier times (including holidays, weekends, or warehouse audits), please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Please note: tracking typically activates within 24 hours of dispatch.
β Delayed or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows a delay or non-delivery and you haven't received your order, weβre here to help. Contact our support team at support@glowceryskin.com, and weβll investigate with the carrier.
Glowcery Beauty is not responsible for:

Packages lost or stolen after marked "delivered"

Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Packages unclaimed, refused, or returned as undeliverable
In these cases, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local delivery office. If the carrier confirms delivery but the package cannot be located, you may file a claim directly with the delivery service.
π Unclaimed, Refused & Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to refusal, incomplete/incorrect addresses, or being unclaimed will be processed as a return. Any applicable shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to have the item reshipped, you will be responsible for new shipping charges.
π¬ Domestic Shipping (USA)
We currently ship across the United States, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses. Business days are MondayβFriday, excluding holidays.

2-Day Express: Guaranteed delivery in 2 business days

1-Day Express: Guaranteed delivery in 1 business day
Express orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will ship the next business day.
Note: Delivery estimates for Standard and Ground shipping are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
π International Shipping
We ship internationally via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Glowcery Beauty does not cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We highly recommend purchasing tracking and keeping proof of return shipping for your records.
