We happily offer store credit for items returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:

📦 Unopened & Unused: Products must be in their original packaging, completely unopened, and in resalable condition.
🚫 Used or opened products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.

A description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and offer either a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
