💚 Returns & Exchanges

We happily offer store credit for items returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • 📦 Unopened & Unused: Products must be in their original packaging, completely unopened, and in resalable condition.

  • 🚫 Used or opened products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.

🚨 Damaged or Defective Orders?

We’ve got you covered!
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it. Simply send an email to support@glowceryskin.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and offer either a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
