Change of Heart?
We completely understand that preferences can change. However, due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for accidental purchases or if you simply change your mind.

Glowcery Beauty is unable to offer refunds, replacements, or reshipments. We happily offer store credit for qualified items, returnedΒ within 15 days of delivery and provided they meet the following criteria:

  • πŸ“¦ Unopened & Unused: Products must be in their original packaging, completely unopened, and in resalable condition.

  • 🚫 Used or opened products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.

  • 🚫 Uncollected FedEx Deliveries

    If your order is shipped via FedEx and is undeliverable due to issues such as an incorrect or incomplete address, missing or incorrect contact details, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pay any applicable import duties or taxes, the shipment may be abandoned or destroyed by the carrier. In such cases, Glowcery Beauty is unable to offer refunds, replacements, or reshipments.

    Please note: Under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, to exercise your right to cancel or return, you must first accept delivery of the goods. Refusing or failing to accept delivery does not qualify as a valid cancellation and may forfeit your right to a refund.

    Glowcery Beauty is committed to customer satisfaction, but the following scenarios are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or store credits:

    • Incorrect Shipping Address: If the address provided at checkout is deemed insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned. You will be responsible for any reshipping costs once a corrected address is confirmed.

    • Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, reshipping fees will apply.

    • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not offer refunds for changes of mind or accidental purchases. Please Read all labels and product descriptions carefully before placing your order, contact us for any concerns before placing a purchase. We love to hear from our customers and welcome feedback.

    • Cancellation After Production: If you request to cancel an order after production has started (even if not yet shipped), we are unable to cancel or refund.

🚨 Damaged or Defective Orders?

We’ve got you covered!
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it. Simply send an email to customerservice@glowcerybeauty.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and offer either a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
